Salesforce, read-only.

For a new AE, CSM or relationship manager in a Salesforce shop, knowing how deals and accounts actually moved, not just what the stages are called, is half the job. Firstweek reads opportunity history, account context and notes, read-only, before day one.

What Firstweek reads from Salesforce

What it never reads

What shows up in the onboarding artifact

Account history, process structure and the people behind each relationship become cited claims in the artifact, each linked to the record it came from.

Read-only, and the raw content is never stored

Every connection, Salesforce included, is read-only: Firstweek never writes to, changes or deletes anything in your tools. Salesforce content is processed in memory and never stored. Only AI-generated summaries persist. A citation can quote up to 200 characters of a summary, and an admin can turn that off.

Salesforce has no read-only API permission, so its consent screen asks for read and write access. Firstweek only reads, and you can enforce that by connecting an integration user with a read-only profile.

Full detail: the security page covers data handling end to end, and the subprocessors list shows exactly which Salesforce data is processed.

Run Firstweek on your next real hire. 30 days. Then we talk about whether it's worth keeping.
